Qualifications

• 8+ years building production frontend with React and TypeScript.
• Owned frontend codebases: architecture, tooling, components, tests, release safety.
• Demonstrated performance practice and measurable improvements.
• Real product taste with ability to critique and improve UI.
• Experience with coding agents or AI-assisted interfaces is a bonus.
• Clear written communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, stack, and module boundaries; decide what to keep or drop.
• Consolidate multiple component systems and migrate to a single one.
• Drive performance improvements with clear metrics and CI tooling.
• Collaborate with designers to shape layout, density, motion, and hierarchy.
• Ensure safety when agent-written code touches the product.
• Mentor engineers across India and the US and uphold coding standards.
