You will establish patterns and build a multi-tenant, theming-enabled frontend foundation atop a governed backend, delivering fast, accessible interfaces. You will collaborate with engineers and technical leaders across Prescryptive to set standards, champion accessibility, and drive architectural decisions in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Experience building design systems and theming.
• Strong frontend architecture ownership and decision making.
• Hands-on accessibility expertise (ARIA, keyboard navigation).

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend architecture for applications serving internal, customer, and partner audiences.
• Establish how these apps integrate with backend services and workflows.
• Build a multi-tenant theming/branding architecture within a single codebase.
• Set accessibility, code quality, and documentation standards for the frontend suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design decisions as they arise.
