Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to establish the frontend architecture for the Axiom initiative. You will own interfaces across internal, customer, and partner audiences, ensuring fast, accessible, and well-architected frontend experiences built atop a governed backend.

You will lead design system efforts, establish theming for multiple tenants, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to resolve design questions and implement durable frontend patterns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in React and TypeScript with frontend architecture ownership.
• Experience with MUI or similar design system and shared component libraries.
• Experience building multi-tenant or white-label frontend architectures.
• Accessibility experience including ARIA, keyboard navigation, and screen readers.
• Experience with well-governed, strongly typed APIs.
• Healthcare/fintech/regulated data exposure and privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend architecture for internal, customer, and partner audiences.
• Define integration points with backend and optimize for quick interactions and longer review steps.
• Build multi-tenant theming/branding within a single codebase.
• Set accessibility, code quality, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve design questions and drive decisions.
