Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go).
• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role managing people and delivering software products to market.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams that build customer-facing, browser-based applications with UI/UX and modern JS frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 3+ years of experience leading teams that design, build, and scale APIs with microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering managers who support software engineering teams delivering end-to-end products.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects on time and within scope.
• Lead cross-functional scope across frontend UI/UX and backend API teams.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to define requirements.
• Drive engineering delivery pipelines to reduce cycle time and improve quality and security.
