Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a motivated Front Office Trading Services team member in Boston to support financing transactions and post-trade activities across Prime Services and Secured Financing. You will partner with Sales & Trading, Operations and Technology to monitor daily processes, resolve breaks, and ensure timely execution.

This role requires strong communication, analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in financial services with exposure to secure lending, prime services or agency lending.
• Client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support financing transactions and post-trade lifecycle events across Prime Services and Secured Financing products.
• Manage key financing activities including returns, recalls, buy-ins, contract compare, corporate actions, collateral inquiries, trade matching, novation, and settlement monitoring.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Front Office and Operations, monitoring daily processes and coordinating issue resolution.
• Monitor trade activity, settlements, and financing positions to identify exceptions and ensure proper booking, matching, novation and settlement.
• Respond to client, broker, and internal inquiries related to financing transactions and collateral discrepancies.
• Produce and distribute client and management reporting on financing activity, collateral and fees.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
