Qualifications

• Senior Scrum Master with front office capital markets experience.
• Strong capital markets background in financial services or investment banking.
• Experience working with trading, business, product, technology, and delivery stakeholders.
• SAFe knowledge; certification preferred.
• Project management or delivery ownership experience.
• Strong Jira and Confluence experience for delivery tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum delivery for front office capital markets technology teams.
• Partner with technology, business, trading, stakeholders, and product teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery conversations with structure and accountability.
• Support Agile transformation as the organization matures toward Scaled Agile / SAFe.
• Improve visibility into delivery progress, blockers, risks, and team health.
• Use Jira and Confluence to support backlog transparency, sprint execution, reporting, and documentation.
• Bring project management discipline to Agile delivery without becoming a passive coordinator.
• Help teams operate effectively in a high-pressure front office environment with shifting priorities.
• Align front office priorities with downstream middle/back-office impacts when needed.

This opportunity supports a front office technology portfolio within a financial services environment focused on capital markets delivery. The organization is advancing its Agile maturity across multiple technology portfolios, including front office, equity portfolio management, and middle/back-office functions. The front office environment works closely with trading and business stakeholders, creating a fast-paced setting where Agile delivery, stakeholder facilitation, resilience, and capital markets fluency are essential.

What's In Store For You:

This is a hybrid opportunity requiring onsite collaboration three days per week. The role offers exposure to a high-visibility front office technology portfolio and the opportunity to help shape Agile delivery practices during an early-stage transformation.

Engagement: W2 only, no C2C/1099.

• Help teams operate effectively in a high-pressure front office environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Support broader alignment between front office priorities and downstream middle/back-office impacts when needed.

Are you a proven Scrum Master with front office capital markets technology experience?

• Senior Scrum Master experience supporting front office capital markets technology teams.
• Strong capital markets background from a recognizable financial services or investment banking environment.
• Experience working directly with trading, business, product, technology, and delivery stakeholders.
• Derivatives, fixed income, rates, FICC, or trading technology exposure strongly preferred.
• Strong Agile transformation experience in teams or organizations with evolving Agile maturity.
• Scaled Agile / SAFe knowledge required; certification strongly preferred based on current intake direction.
• Project management background or delivery ownership experience highly preferred.
• Strong Jira and Confluence experience for delivery tracking, reporting, backlog structure, and team transparency.
• Ability to facilitate conversations, drive alignment, and influence outcomes without simply acting as a middleman.
• Resilient, durable, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a front office environment.
• Comfortable working onsite three days per week.
