Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations in the absence of the Front Office Director.

• Coach and develop agents to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with Rooms Division to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure VIP room assignments and prepare rooms per standards.
