Job summary

Rogo is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition partner to lead full‑cycle recruitment for Forward Deployed Banker / Investor and finance‑adjacent roles. You will build a proactive pipeline of ex‑front‑office professionals and partner with leaders on role design and hiring priorities to scale our finance practice.

In this strategic role, you’ll design sourcing strategies, maintain an exceptional candidate experience, and leverage ATS and sourcing tools to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle experience recruiting finance, front-office, or similar elite talent.
• Ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong consultative partner mindset—to influence hiring strategy and coach stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop and refine talent segmentation frameworks for strategic opportunities and rotational programs.
• Build proactive pipelines of ex-front-office finance professionals (banking, private equity, hedge funds, trading).
• Partner with leadership on role design, talent profiles, and hiring priorities.
