You will design rigorous interviews, map talent markets, and recruit top talent while delivering a thoughtful candidate experience and collaborating with senior stakeholders on strategy and compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across G&A or business functions.
• Experience owning searches across Finance, Operations, Legal or People.
• Proven track record hiring for high-growth companies and senior roles.
• Ability to learn new functions quickly and assess talent needs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Finance, Operations, Legal, People, and other G&A roles.
• Partner with leaders to define role scopes, candidate profiles, and interview plans.
• Build targeted pipelines and engage passive candidates with compelling outreach.
• Advise on compensation, seniority, and team structure with market insights.
• Design rigorous interviews to evaluate functional expertise and fit.
• Close hires with effective offer strategies and strong candidate experience.
• Improve recruiting processes using data and external search partners as needed.
