The Senior Restaurant Manager leads staff, ensures safety and service standards, and drives guest satisfaction while upholding company procedures and guest experience expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to perform occasional duties and travel between locations.
• Experience in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of all Hospitality Team Members.
• Articulates clearly to Team Members, other Management, and Guests.
• Develops schedules for all Hospitality Team Members.
• Holds pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and direction for staff.
• Holds front of house staff accountable for dress code standards.
• Ensures compliance with state safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Supports the execution of inventory and cost controls.
• Manages check-outs for all Hospitality staff and ensures guest service excellence.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for Team Members and Guests.
