We are seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join our talented team. You will work on a modern codebase, creating user-friendly and visually appealing web applications using the latest technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with product and back-end teams to create seamless user experiences
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Communicate technical scope during refinement sessions
• Ensure UI/UX design feasibility
• Implement and maintain front-end frameworks and libraries
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback
• Stay updated with front-end development trends
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS)
• Knowledge of web performance optimization
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX)
• Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite, NX)
• Accessibility expertise (WCAG)
• Experience with package managers (npm, Yarn)
• Experience with UI component libraries (Material-UI, Bootstrap, Ant Design)
• Refactoring legacy code to modern standards
• Exposure to back-end systems (e.g., .NET)

The salary range is $81,000 – $95,000, determined by experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, scope, and location. Performance incentives may also apply.
