What You’ll Do

1. Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
2. Collaborate with product teams and back-end developers to create seamless user experiences
3. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
4. Clearly communicate the scope of technical work during refinement sessions
5. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
6. Implement and maintain front-end frameworks and libraries
7. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
8. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development
9. Contribute to our culture by championing an innovative, collaborative, and bold vision for the company

What You Bring

1. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Front-End Developer or similar role
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
3. Experience with responsive and adaptive design
4. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS)
2. Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
3. Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
4. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX)
5. Knowledge of build tools and task runners (e.g., Webpack, Vite, NX)
6. WCAG/Accessibility experience
7. Familiarity with package managers (e.g., npm, Yarn)
8. Experience with UI component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Bootstrap, Ant Design)
9. Experience refactoring legacy code to modern best practices
10. Exposure to back-end systems and principles (e.g., .NET)

The salary range is $81,000 – $95,000, determined by experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, scope, and location. This position may also be eligible for performance incentives.
