We are looking for a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on a modern codebase with a small, passionate team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development technologies and a passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing web applications.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
2. Collaborate with product teams and back-end developers to create seamless user experiences
3. Optimize web applications for speed and scalability
4. Communicate technical scope during refinement sessions
5. Ensure UI/UX design feasibility
6. Implement and maintain front-end frameworks and libraries
7. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback
8. Stay updated with front-end trends and technologies
9. Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and bold vision

What You Bring

1. 5+ years proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
3. Experience with responsive/adaptive design
4. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
5. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS)
2. Web performance optimization techniques
3. Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
4. State management libraries (Redux, MobX)
5. Build tools (Webpack, Vite, NX)
6. Accessibility (WCAG)
7. Package managers (npm, Yarn)
8. UI component libraries (Material-UI, Bootstrap, Ant Design)
9. Refactoring legacy code
10. Exposure to back-end systems (e.g., .NET)

The salary range is $81,000 – $95,000, determined by experience, credentials, location, and other factors. Performance incentives may apply.
