R1 RCM Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst to own reporting and analysis behind frontline revenue cycle processes—pre-registration, pre-authorization, and insurance verification.

You’ll pull data from multiple systems, build Power BI dashboards, write SQL, and automate workflows. This role partners with engineers and program teams to deliver contractual KPI insights with high accuracy.

Formación

• Intermediate or better SQL, with fluency in CTEs, window functions, unions, and join logic.
• Hands-on Databricks experience.
• Advanced Excel - XLOOKUP, pivot tables.
• Power BI, including DAX.
• Power Automate.
• Experience working in analytics with complex datasets, ideally in healthcare, finance, or operations.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting on pre-service performance for internal leaders and client stakeholders.
• Source data that lives across multiple systems and owners, partnering with engineers and program teams.
• Write intermediate-to-advanced SQL against Databricks and related platforms.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and DAX measures for clear KPIs.
• Automate recurring reporting and manual workflows using Power Automate and Excel.
• Analyze complex datasets to surface trends and anomalies, then summarize for leadership.
• Validate data transfers and reporting outputs with contractual implications.
• Take ownership of a defined reporting portfolio and stakeholder relationships.
