Carex Consulting Group in NYC is seeking a Director of Front-End Revenue Cycle Management to lead verification of benefits, prior authorizations, and utilization review. This hands-on executive will scale a growing front-end team within a fast-paced healthtech startup.

You'll partner with Product and Engineering to leverage automation, build processes, and establish KPIs, driving accuracy and efficiency across the front-end RCM workflow in inpatient/residential settings.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of revenue cycle management or related healthcare operations.
• Direct experience leading VOB, Prior Authorization, UR teams in behavioral health.
• Inpatient or residential behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach to performance.
• Onsite work in New York City.

Aufgaben

• Lead and scale front-end RCM operations including VOB, PA, and UR.
• Own day-to-day front-end RCM performance, accuracy, and turnaround times.
• Develop and coach team members, plan hiring and onboarding.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement standardized processes.
• Establish KPIs for verification accuracy, turnaround, productivity, and denial prevention.
• Escalate complex payer issues related to verification and medical necessity.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve tooling and automation.
• Support growth by scaling capabilities with company expansion.
