Job summary

R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst to own reporting behind the front-end revenue cycle, consolidating data from multiple systems and delivering KPI-driven insights for health system stakeholders.

You will collaborate with engineers and program teams to build recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and automated workflows, translating complex datasets into actionable summaries with accuracy that supports contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Intermediate or better SQL with CTEs, window functions, unions, and join logic.
• Hands-on Databricks experience.
• Advanced Excel – XLOOKUP, pivot tables and speed of use.
• Power BI with DAX skills.
• Experience with healthcare/finance/operations analytics.
• Strong communication to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting for internal leaders and clients.
• Source data across multiple systems with engineers and program teams.
• Write SQL using CTEs, window functions, unions, and joins.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and DAX measures for front-end KPIs.
• Automate recurring reporting using Power Automate and Excel.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into concise summaries for leadership.
• Validate data transfers and reporting outputs against contracts.
• Own a defined reporting portfolio and stakeholder relationships.
