Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Senior Manager, Front End Manufacturing Alignment to lead the MAE team and TPM program managers, driving site performance improvements and expansion initiatives.

You will set strategies and KPIs, govern programs, and collaborate with global Micron FE sites to ensure safety, cost, quality, output and yield targets are met. Regular travel and cross-site coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (required).
• 5 years of experience leading a team in the semiconductor industry.
• 2 years of experience in Process and Equipment in at least one fab functional group.
• Good English skills and the ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel quarterly between US HVM sites for roadmap alignment and technology transfer.

Responsibilities

• Set annual strategies and KPIs for network performance improvements.
• Attend strategic site meetings and publish monthly performance reports.
• Govern MAE Programs and drive TPM deployment and standardization.
• Lead F4 Manufacturing alignment team for site expansion and tool installations.
• Collaborate with site leaders on MAE program updates and performance metrics.
