Qualifications

• Fifteen-plus years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including executive responsibility.
• Experience leading large wafer fabrication operations and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering improvements in safety, quality, yield, throughput, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Boise front-end manufacturing operations and meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, yield, and productivity objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and disciplined management systems to ensure stable, predictable fab operations.
• Lead capacity planning, ramp execution, and technology transitions to support growth and strategic objectives.
