Qualifications

• Fifteen-plus years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading wafer fabrication operations and capacity expansion.
• Strong business and financial acumen including capital planning and budgeting.
• Experience leveraging automation, AI/ML, and smart manufacturing methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and partner with executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Boise front-end manufacturing operations.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, yield, and productivity objectives.
• Lead capacity planning, ramp execution, and investment prioritization.
• Champion digital manufacturing with automation, AI/ML, and analytics.
• Develop and retain world-class manufacturing leadership and talent.
• Align site priorities with company-wide manufacturing goals.
