Job summary

Micron is seeking a senior leader to set strategies and KPIs for network performance, drive TPM 2.0 deployment, and govern MAE programs across multiple site locations. The role requires coordinating engineers, leading cross-site initiatives, and ensuring safety, cost, quality, output and yield commitments.

The position involves quarterly travel to US HVM sites, collaboration with global teams, and authority over SEAL standardized system requirements across the Front End Manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience leading a team in the semiconductor industry.
• 2 years of experience in Process and Equipment in fab functional groups.
• Good English skills and the ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams.
• Able to support quarterly travel between US HVM sites for roadmap alignment and key initiatives.
• Regularly support global teams during collaboration zone hours (evening in US time).

Responsibilities

• Set annual strategies and KPIs for network performance improvements, reviewing site progress and engaging engineers to close gaps.
• Attend strategic site meetings, conduct quarterly reviews, publish monthly performance reports, and ensure resource assignment for MAE programs.
• Provide governance for MAE Programs and business processes across the Pillars, including sponsorship of new program development.
• Sustain TPM 2.0 program, drive deployment and certification of TPM methodologies, improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Lead the F4 Manufacturing alignment team to support site expansion, qualification, and tool installations.
• Engage in site strategic roadmaps, support network benchmarking and SEAL BKM systems, collaborate on Global MAE program updates.
• Collaborate with site and area leaders to resolve safety, cost, quality, output and yield commitments.
• Partner with customers and IT teams to develop systems that drive organizational efficiency and performance.
• Become an authority in SEAL Standardized System requirements and coach BKM implementation.
