Arsenal AI seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a product team building a healthcare technology platform. You’ll focus on the Angular frontend, with Go services behind it, and drive architectural standards. This is a contract-to-hire engagement on a full-time basis with the client, based in Pittsburgh.

You will own frontend components, deliver features end-to-end, design RESTful APIs, mentor peers, and help scale the platform while ensuring reliability in production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production experience with a major front-end framework (Angular preferred).
• Backend experience in Go or a statically typed language (Java/C#/Kotlin).
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience running services in a major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience reviewing code and mentoring other engineers.

Responsabilités

• Own the Angular application architecture and state management for clinicians.
• Ship features end to end from PostgreSQL models to Go services and UI.
• Design and build RESTful APIs powering the platform and integrations.
• Set architecture direction and improve long-term development workflows.
• Review code and mentor engineers across the stack.
• Provide production support and ensure platform reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver iteratively.
