Base-2 Solutions in Bethesda, MD seeks a Senior Software Engineer to support a DoD program as a Front-End Software Engineer 4. Most work is on-site at the client location with potential occasional remote days depending on requirements.

You will develop web applications using ReactJS or Angular, write tests, and collaborate across teams. A TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance is required, and a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in the field.
• Experience with ReactJS/Angular in production.
• Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript proficiency.
• Experience writing unit tests.
• Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work in a DoD environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS or Angular.
• Code, test, and debug new and existing applications.
• Implement and refine user interfaces.
• Conduct thorough unit testing with automated tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for performance and usability.
• Peer review code and utilize Docker/Podman.
