Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Front-End Software Engineer 3 to support a DoD program at Bethesda, MD. The role involves developing high-quality web applications using ReactJS or Angular in a modern stack, with on-site work in Bethesda and occasional remote work depending on client needs.

You will code, test, and debug UI features, refine interfaces, and perform unit testing while collaborating with internal and external teams to optimize performance and usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of six years of experience; three additional years may substitute.
• Experience with ReactJS and Angular, 2+ years professional.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency.
• Understanding of HTTP requests for JSON data.
• Able to write well-documented code and communicate clearly.
• SDLC and Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS or Angular.
• Code, test, and debug new and existing web applications.
• Implement and refine user interfaces.
• Conduct unit testing using automated tooling.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure performance and usability.
• Peer review code written by team members.
• Utilize Docker and Podman for virtualization.
