We seek a Front-End Developer focused on Section 508 accessibility to ensure accessible, high-performing UI within an Agile team of developers, systems engineers, and product owners. This role emphasizes accessibility testing and remediation, building interfaces with modern JS frameworks and screen reader tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline, plus 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years hands-on software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the RAD system interfaces are fully usable, accessible, and compliant for all users.
• Bake accessibility into the UI by design using modern frameworks and screen reader technologies.
