The candidate will build accessible front-end interfaces and ensure Section 508 and WCAG compliance for mission-critical applications, using JAWS and ARIA techniques. The role requires 5+ years of front-end experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Arts or Science.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• US Citizenship required and Top Secret/Sci with polygraph clearance.
• Strong accessibility and front-end development fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Accessible Front-End Development: build components conforming to Section 508 and WCAG.
• 508 Testing & Remediation: use JAWS and other screen readers to identify issues.
• Audit & Documentation: produce manual/automated accessibility reports.
• Collaboration: work with UX/UI, developers, and product owners early in design.
• CI/CD Integration: integrate automated accessibility checks into pipelines.
• Agile Ceremonies: participate in sprint planning and demos.
