Job summary

Lyte, based in Sunnyvale, California, is seeking a Front-end Digital Design Engineer to join our Sunnyvale team. You will lead the front-end development for complex SoCs, collaborating with back-end and DFT teams to push prototypes toward mass production.

Ideal candidates bring deep Verilog/SystemVerilog expertise and 10+ years in digital front-end design, with strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of proven industrial Digital Front-end experience.
• Proven experience in embedded and mixed-mode SoC designs.
• Deep knowledge of Verilog and SystemVerilog.
• Experience in logic synthesis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and u-architecture of complex design blocks, DSP processing pipeline and SoC and document them.
• Front-end implementation of the blocks from concept to synthesis.
• Work together with the backend and dft teams to implement the design.
• Define with the verification team the test-suite for the design, debug and fix bugs.
• Contribute to design and tool methodologies, including AI tools, in the design flow.
• Participate in silicon bringup debug post-silicon.
