Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Receptionist in Grove City, OH to provide friendly, efficient service to residents and guests. The role includes answering calls, greeting visitors, and facilitating daily check-ins, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm and pay at $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to proper department.
• Daily resident check-in and greeting of residents/guests.
• Handle routine inquiries and provide courteous information.
• Distribute applications and assist in hiring of staff.
• Assist in scheduling and training of employees.
• Maintain knowledge of resident apartments and local information.
• Prepare and manage mail, messages, and packages for residents and staff.
• Follow emergency procedures and company policies.
