Endeavor Health seeks a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant Senior- Front desk Admin in the Mammography department at our Highland Park location. The role involves greeting patients, scheduling, checking in, verifying details, and accurate EPIC data entry.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, CPR certification, 1–2 years of secretarial supervisory experience, and familiarity with medical terminology. Day shift with weekend rotation and local travel expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typing speed 25–35 wpm and proficiency with word processing are required.
• Experience with medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the Mammography department and assist with patient issues.
• Schedule, check in, register, and verify information for patients.
• Input patient information into the EPIC system with high accuracy.
• Perform related duties with emphasis on documentation and courteous patient contact.
• Coordinate with doctors’ offices and patients to obtain orders.
