Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant Senior- Front desk Admin in the Mammography Department in Highland Park. This full-time role offers a day shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) with rotating weekends and local travel as needed.

The position requires a High School degree, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of secretarial supervisory experience with medical terminology. Strong word processing, computer skills, and 25–35 wpm typing are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients coming into the Mammography department and assist with patient issues
• Schedule, check in, register, and verify information for patients
• Input patient information into the EPIC system with high accuracy
• Responsible for other related duties as requested, with an emphasis on proper documentation and courteous patient contact
• Contacts doctors' offices and patients as neededto obtain order
• Regular communication with technical staff
• Assisting with secretarial duties as needed.

$19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will need:
