Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant Senior at the Highland Park Mammography Department. This full-time day shift role involves front desk administration, patient check-in, and coordination with clinical staff to ensure accurate data entry in the EPIC system.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of secretarial supervisory experience with medical terminology.

Qualifications

  • High School degree or equivalent required.
  • CPR certification required.
  • 1–2 years of secretarial supervisory experience and medical terminology preferred.
  • Typing 25–35 wpm and proficient with word processing and computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients entering the Mammography department and assist with patient issues.
  • Schedule, check in, register, and verify patient information.
  • Input patient information into the EPIC system with high accuracy.
  • Perform related duties with emphasis on documentation and courteous patient contact.
  • Contact doctors' offices and patients as needed to obtain orders.
  • Maintain regular communication with technical staff.
  • Assist with secretarial duties as needed.
