Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead strategic development and planning for an assigned category within a national merchandising framework. You will ensure category plans align with the overall strategy and optimize store profitability.

Responsibilities include developing annual category plans, managing pricing strategies, collaborating with Marketing and Logistics, and guiding Merchandisers and suppliers to deliver compelling assortments while controlling costs and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage category strategy and sales plans.
• Develop annual category plans including assortment, pricing and promotions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, and Suppliers to optimize profitability.
• Lead vendor negotiations and supply chain initiatives.
• Provide analysis and reporting on plan performance.
