Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead strategic development and planning for an assigned category, aligning with the overall Merchandising strategy and store-wide perspectives. This role drives assortment, pricing, promotions, and communication to stores across the country.

You will partner with Marketing, Operations, and Logistics to optimize profitability, manage supplier relations, and guide category initiatives within corporate policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage product assortment for assigned category on a national basis.
• Develop annual category plans including analysis, strategy, and execution.
• Develop pricing strategies and recommended retail guidelines for stores.
• Collaborate with Marketing on advertising/promotions and POP/timelines.
• Identify supplier opportunities and work with Logistics to ensure supply.
• Communicate key strategic initiatives across Merchandising leadership.
