Job summary

UC Group is seeking a Senior Freight Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through new business development and existing shipper relationships. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with hybrid work flexibility after onboarding and a base salary of six figures plus uncapped commissions.

Qualified candidates have 5–10+ years in freight brokerage or transportation sales, proven revenue generation, and the ability to manage a substantial book of business.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales experience.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Demonstrated history of generating significant revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Generate new revenue through outbound prospecting and existing relationships.
• Leverage and expand an existing book of business.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified shipper opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Negotiate and close complex transportation agreements.
• Sell TL, LTL, consolidation, and other transportation solutions.
