Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Civil Engineering, Public Policy, Transportation Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of industry-related experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects and leading proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong and effective communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers all projects on-time, on-budget, and to client or project manager’s satisfaction.
• Mentors junior staff and provides feedback to project team members.
• Develops and implements a project delivery plan for each project.
• Plans, produces and delivers high-quality work.
