Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor-based role in the United States to support inbound and outbound cargo for freight forwarding customers and ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, and related regulations. You will collaborate with vendors, customers, carriers, and internal teams to move international and domestic air and ocean shipments.

The role may involve supervising others as a player coach, applying analytical skills to data, and contributing to team productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Supports movement and growth opportunities for inbound and outbound cargo for freight forwarding customers.
• Ensures that freight is processed in compliance with governmental regulations (e.g., FAA, TSA).
• Collaborates with vendors, customers, commercial airline carriers, ocean freightliners, and other internal support groups for the movement of international and domestic air and ocean shipments.
• Provides specific functional expertise and may supervise others in a player coach capacity; analyzes data to solve problems and improves productivity and quality.
