Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Freight forwarding experience – Preferred.
• Warehouse experience – Preferred.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate the performance of one or more teams.
• Coordinate work across the organization to optimize efficiency.
• Hire, onboard, transfer, discipline, develop, and reward staff as needed.
• Set priorities and align processes with the business plan.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations; typically does not perform the work supervised.
