Orion Solutions Group, based in Chicago, seeks a Senior Sales Executive / Freight Broker to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building strategic shipper partnerships and driving margin growth.

You will leverage modern transportation technology and CRM tools to develop a robust book of business, with heavy emphasis on hunting new accounts and leading initiatives that position the company for rapid scale.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years cradle-to-grave freight brokerage sales experience.
• Experience selling transportation solutions through value-based, consultative sales approaches.
• Knowledge of FTL, reefer, flatbed, partial truckload, small truckload, and LTL services.

Aufgaben

• Prospect, develop, and close new middle-market shipper accounts.
• Manage the cradle-to-grave brokerage process from lead generation through account growth.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound business development.
• Present customized transportation solutions across FTL, reefer, flatbed, partial truckload, small truckload, and LTL services.
• Develop long-term customer relationships while protecting margin and driving profitable growth.
• Track pipeline, revenue, and account performance metrics.
• Identify market trends and new growth opportunities.
