Job summary

Orion Solutions Group is seeking an Account Executive – Truckload Sales in Dallas, TX to build a book of business from the ground up. You will source and close new clients, manage your own carrier network, and oversee freight execution from pickup to delivery.

If you're a tenacious sales professional with truckload brokerage experience and a growth mindset, this role offers uncapped earning potential and a chance to own your book of business within a high-impact environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of truckload brokerage or transportation sales experience.
Proven ability to develop new business and manage the full sales cycle.
Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Prospect and close new truckload customers through cold calling and networking.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
Develop and maintain carrier relationships to ensure cost-effective service.
Book freight, negotiate rates and monitor shipments to delivery.
Maintain regular communication with customers and carriers to meet expectations.
Expand wallet share within existing accounts.
Track activity using internal systems and CRM tools.
