Job summary

SentiLink seeks deeply curious, high-impact leaders passionate about fraud, identity, and risk to join a strategic leadership pipeline. This role offers influence across multiple functions and the opportunity to shape strategy from day one.

We are a digital-first company with remote-friendly options and a mix of in-office opportunities across the U.S. and India, including Seattle. You will help steer fraud strategy and operational excellence at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fraud, fraud risk, financial crimes, identity, trust & safety, or related fields.
• Experience leading fraud strategy, fraud operations, fraud risk, or related functions within regulated industries.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Curiosity about fraud, identity, and emerging attack vectors.
• Strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex, ambiguous problems.
• High ownership with a bias toward action.
• Strong executive presence and credibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working across technical, operational, and executive audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills with influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Bring deep fraud expertise to help shape strategy and decision making.
• Influence product strategy, business initiatives, and customer outcomes.
• Foster executive relationships across internal and external organizations.
• Represent SentiLink through industry engagement and thought leadership.
• Define best practices for fraud prevention, identity, and risk management.
• Stay ahead of emerging fraud techniques, technologies, and market trends.
• Adapt to and drive cross-functional initiatives to maximize impact.
