Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC seeks a Sr. Fraud Program Manager to lead and mature large, cross-functional fraud initiatives across our Paze platform.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to translate strategic objectives into scalable program structures, governance, and measurable outcomes while mentoring junior managers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 12+ years in banking, payments, fraud risk, or related risk roles.
• 5+ years leading large, cross-functional fraud/payments programs.
• Experience delivering tech-intensive initiatives with engineering teams.
• Advanced knowledge of fraud risk tools, controls, governance, and best practices.
• Strong executive communication to influence senior stakeholders.
• Autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution, and improvement of major Fraud Risk Program components.
• Translate fraud strategy into roadmaps, epics, features, and tech requirements.
• Own delivery of large, complex fraud initiatives across interrelated workstreams.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, KPIs, reporting, and risk controls.
• Monitor fraud performance metrics; identify risks and drive mitigations.
• Lead risk identification, issue resolution, and change control across teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Legal.
• Drive vendor oversight for fraud-related third-party solutions.
• Develop and formalize fraud risk standards, policies, and documentation.
• Influence senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor other Fraud Risk Program Managers.
