Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Strategic Reporting Analyst for the Consumer Fraud Risk Analytics & Intelligent Reporting team. You will develop analytical insights into strategies used by risk partners to identify and mitigate fraud, automate solutions, and ensure compliance and timely information delivery to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Risk Management, Product Risk, and senior stakeholders to assess risk factors and communicate insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, business analysis, strategy & analytics, or a related role
• Strong SQL & SAS skills and experience working with large datasets; ability to validate results and troubleshoot data issues
• Strong financial analytical skills with the ability to extract business insights from complex data structures
• Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated project management skills—able to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibly adapt to change with excellent analytical storytelling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to turn ambiguous questions into structured problem statements and requirements
• High attention to detail and comfort operating in a controlled environment with data governance and privacy expectations.

Responsibilities

• Data interpretation: Analyze large volumes of complex data to form problem statements and draw conclusions about risk dynamics and opportunities.
• Identify and develop key risk indicators and metrics and improve reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand and address key business challenges.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills to effectively present to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Show independent problem solving and ownership from start to finish.
• Support development and monitoring of new strategies and products with risk managers.
