Job summary

You will generate insightful analytics and provide recommendations concerning strategy development, implementation, operational controls, and performance monitoring, requiring deep problem understanding and data analysis to drive end-to-end risk solutions.

You will partner with product, technology, and operations to develop capabilities for better detection, monitor fraud trends, and communicate with senior leaders

Qualifications

• MS degree with 2+ years or BS with 4+ years in risk management or data analytics.
• Proven collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to think strategically and develop roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of SAS, SQL, Python and MS Office.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML to drive innovative solutions.
• Strong process and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance fraud strategy to balance fraud mitigation, financial performance, customer experience, and efficiency.
• Monitor fraud trends and customer frictions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Leverage data sources and analytics to drive accurate fraud detection.
• Partner with product, technology, and operations to design and test new capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and ensure controls.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adopt best practices.
• Communicate findings concisely to internal and external partners at various levels.
