Raisin seeks a Fraud Operations Specialist to design, build, and optimize real-time fraud rules and post-transaction monitoring. You will balance fraud prevention with smooth customer experiences and collaborate with product, engineering, and payments teams.

Leading analytics and machine learning initiatives, you will own the roadmap for fraud models and risk scoring across onboarding, linking, and payments, ensuring scalable controls for the US business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fraud risk management, analytics, AML/financial crime, or payments risk (fintech or digital banking a plus).
• Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and model development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize real-time and post-transaction fraud rules.
• Integrate customer and transaction risk scores into the rules engine.
• Balance fraud mitigation with user friction and monitor rule performance.
