Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fraud analytics, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong data-driven approach with ability to translate signals into actionable insights.
• Experience evaluating or tuning automated decisioning systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale behavioral, transactional, and interaction data to uncover fraud signals.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and mitigation solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate AI review agent quality and improve prompts, rules, and workflows.
• Collaborate with ML to translate findings into model feature recommendations.
• Participate in design and code reviews; mentor junior analysts in SQL and analytics.
