Job summary

Armanino LLP is seeking a Manager, Fraud & Forensics to lead fraud investigations, forensic engagements, and business valuations. You will develop financial models, analyze financial documents, and support litigation and disputes with clear analytical deliverables.

The role emphasizes mentoring staff, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to business development across a diverse client base in advisory services. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Credentials such as ASA, CVA, ABV, CFA, CPA, or similar are desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business valuation, litigation support, investigation, forensic accounting, or related financial advisory services.
• Proficiency in MS Office, financial modeling, and valuation research/data resources.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist in fraud investigations, forensic investigations, and valuation engagements.
• Review financial information, accounting records, tax returns, forecasts, and court pleadings for valuation and litigation.
• Support litigation discovery and document requests; develop financial models and analyses for engagements.
• Lead fraud investigations and dispute/litigation consulting matters; communicate methodologies and conclusions.
• Mentor staff on forensic accounting and valuation concepts; assist with proposals and business development.
