Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Principal Fraud Strategist to own authentication and device trust end to end across web and mobile. You’ll shape the layered defense and lead cross-functional collaboration with IAM, Fraud Ops, InfoSec, and Product.

You will design signal development, manage vendor ecosystems (Transmit Security Mosaic and others), and drive end-to-end decisioning for card-not-present and high-risk transactions, while mentoring the broader fraud strategy team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Fraud Strategy, Authentication Risk, Device Intelligence, or Adversarial Security Engineering.
• Deep track record reducing account takeover and scam losses across banking, card, crypto, and P2P surfaces.
• Experience with credential stuffing, MFA bombing, OTP interception, SIM swap, phishing.
• Hands-on device fingerprinting, emulator/VM detection, jailbreak/root signals, behavioral biometrics.
• Experience with Transmit Security Mosaic or similar platforms as a builder.
• Ability to develop new signals and close gaps in production systems.
• Proven track record designing holistic fraud systems with multiple data feeds.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy for authentication and device trust across web and mobile.
• Architect layered perimeter defense against ATO, scam, credential stuffing, MFA bombing, and more.
• Lead device trust discipline across web and mobile with signal development.
• Orchestrate vendor stack, data flow, and roadmaps with multiple providers.
• Design step-up authentication, account recovery, and high-risk decisioning.
• Lead 3DS, CNP, and tokenization decisioning for card-not-present transactions.
• Partner with InfoSec threat intelligence to translate into rules and signal priorities.
• Set the technical bar for durable fraud defense and mentor the team.
