Job summary

Restaurant Brands International (RBI) is seeking a finance professional to own the financial relationship for a portfolio of franchisees, lead meetings, and monitor KPIs. The role supports growth through new franchise agreements and accurate revenue setup in LATAM, with a focus on timely collections and strategic reporting.

This on-site, five-days-a-week position requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong SAP FI and MS Office skills, and experience with Snowflake/Power BI.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable roles, ideally with franchised model exposure.
• Hands-on, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills—comfortable speaking with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in SAP FI and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams). Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, or Smartsheet is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required for operations across the LATAM region.

Responsibilities

• Be the Go-To Finance Expert: Own the financial relationship for your portfolio of franchisees—lead key meetings, track KPIs, and resolve ad-hoc challenges.
• Oversee Billing & Revenue: Ensure timely, accurate invoicing for the Burger King brand across LAC, keeping revenue flowing and systems in check.
• Support Growth: Partner with our Development Team to implement new franchise agreements, ensure accurate setup of revenue streams, and monitor Net Restaurant Growth.
• Lead Strategic Projects: Spearhead cross-functional initiatives that improve our finance operations framework.
• Build New Market Processes: Develop accounting workflows tailored to new markets in line with franchise agreements.
• Own Collections: Ensure timely payment of receivables and minimize bad debt exposure.
• Strengthen Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor and internal point of contact for all financial matters impacting your franchisees and internal stakeholders
• Support Leadership: Equip VPs, Directors, and Senior Managers with tailored reports and insights that support decision-making.
• Streamline Processes: Continuously improve procedures to maximize team efficiency and impact.
