Franchise World Headquarters, LLC in Shelton, CT seeks a Sr. Product Manager for Menu Product. This role shapes strategy across the menu domain and drives large-scale initiatives with Culinary, Franchise, Technology, and Operations.

You will translate executive priorities into a coherent domain roadmap and maintain backlog health for engineering partners. You will mentor other PMs, present trade-offs to senior leaders, and own the vision for backlog prioritization and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Shaping product/workflow strategy and translating it into a roadmap that leaders approve.
• Presenting to Directors and above to influence decisions and gain buy-in.
• Experience building metrics/dashboards for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Shape menu/product strategy and define roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Own multi-quarter initiatives and translate priorities into a coherent plan.
• Align domain strategy with organizational priorities and secure senior buy-in.
• Present strategy, trade-offs, and progress to senior leadership.
• Manage a healthy backlog for the menu/product domain with engineering partners.
• Set prioritization direction so PMs align their requests.
• Identify opportunities with Culinary, Franchise, Technology, and Operations.
