Sweetgreen is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Menu & 3P Channel to own the strategy and roadmap for menu architecture, pricing, and third-party marketplace experiences across all ordering surfaces.

You will drive end-to-end product decisions, align with delivery partners (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub), and work with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in menu/commerce.
• Experience shipping customer-facing products with measurable impact.
• Experience translating vendor agreements into technical configurations.
• Strong KPI definition and collaboration with Finance and data teams.
• Familiarity with restaurant/retail or consumer tech industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product strategy for menu architecture and 3P channels across app, web, kiosk, and marketplaces.
• Manage relationships with delivery marketplace partners including menu syndication and promotions.
• Define roadmap for consistent menu presentation across owned and 3P channels.
• Drive improvements in 3P channel KPIs like order accuracy and channel profitability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ship features on time.
