Responsibilities

Owns and prioritizes backlog for Enterprise and Corporate Applications portfolio.
Directs Incident, Problem, and Change Management in ServiceNow with SLA adherence.
Leads MSP coordination and vendor relationships for SaaS/CI/CD environments.
Collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to drive a prioritized roadmap.
Ensures security, privacy, and compliance across hybrid on-premise and cloud systems.
